### LP Formation

* The LP is formed when the first $5000 comes into the auctions, and is paired with 5 million Volt Tokens 
* This creates a starting price of $0.001
* the main LP pair will be VOLT/TITANX
* Volt will be gradually liquidity bonded to all protocols in the Volt wheel
